Chris joined Kingsley Bond as Head of Crime having built a reputation for himself as a formidable advocate and an active litigator, renowned for his meticulous attention to detail. Chris has more than a decade of experience in Criminal Litigation having represented clients facing serious offences such as murder, rape, and child abduction to lesser offences like assault and property crimes.
His reputation for precision, combined with a fervent dedication to his clients, has made him a standout in his field. Chris possesses deep knowledge and experience in forensic science, delving into areas like cell site evidence, electronic data analysis, and forensic medical insights. Furthermore, he has significant expertise in representing clients involved in "white collar" crimes, notably HMRC fraud and investigations by the Health and Safety Executive.
Chris regularly acts for clients in relation to motoring offences such as failing to provide driver details, speeding, drink/drug driving, driving without insurance and more serious offences including causing death by dangerous/careless driving.
Chris also undertakes insurance-funded work and can liaise with the insurers of clients to meet some or all of the costs of representation, depending on the level of cover available and the type of matter.
