Eve carries over two decades of expansive experience in Conveyancing, gracefully transitioning from essential secretarial roles to distinguished positions as a Senior Fee Earner and Partner. Inspired by a wealth of knowledge, Eve inaugurated her own Consultancy Company in 2019, a venture that has allowed her to delve deeper, expanding her expertise in recruiting and fostering new consultants and assembling harmonised teams, or ‘PODs’.

As the devoted Head of Onboarding, Eve is the cornerstone of facilitating a fluid onboarding process, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring the seamless integration of these speciality teams into the firm. Acting as a vital liaison, Eve meticulously nurtures mutually beneficial relationships between the PODs and the firm’s management. Her unwavering commitment is focused on fostering an environment that enhances collaboration, enriches professional growth, and champions sustained excellence within the organisation.
