Jay qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and works in the New Build Conveyancing team. Jay is experienced in off-plan purchases, Help to Buy, acting for developers, acting for lenders, outright residential sales and purchases, and re-financing of residential properties.

He prides himself in providing an efficient service that extends beyond the standard 9-5. Jay offers a bespoke personal service to clients to make the conveyancing process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys playing football and watching Manchester United. Jay’s areas of expertise include Buying a Property, Buy to Let, New Build, Re-mortgages, Selling a Property and Transfer of Equity.
