Initial consultation fee: £350 plus VAT

Attendance at a police station interview or other interview conducted under Caution: £500 plus VAT, plus £100 per hour (or part thereof) spent travelling if more than 30 miles from Brighton, Sussex.

Attendance at a Magistrates' Court for single hearing (motoring or any other offence): where a guilty plea and sentence occur on the same day: £900 plus VAT, plus £100 per hour (or part thereof) spent travelling if more than 30 miles from Brighton, Sussex.

Subsequent hearings at a Magistrates' Court (if necessary): £500 plus VAT, plus £100 per hour (or part thereof) spent travelling if more than 30 miles from Brighton, Sussex.

Magistrates' Court trial lasting up to one full day (including full preparation of the case, obtaining witness statements, submitting evidence etc): £2,500 plus VAT, plus £100 per hour (or part thereof) spent travelling if more than 30 miles from Brighton, Sussex. Subsequent day attendances £1,000 plus VAT
